3 Delivery Policy
We deliver countrywide in Kenya. Nairobi deliveries occur within 24-48 hours. Regional deliveries may take 2-4 business days depending on the location and logistics partner.
4 Refunds & Returns
Per the Consumer Protection Act, returns are accepted for defective goods or products that do not match their description. Quality claims for perishable gift items must be made within 4 hours of receipt.
